Cancellation Policy & Refund

At Holiday Planner Egypt, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring both our clients and partners are treated with respect. Please read the following policy carefully before booking your tour.

1. Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation charges will be applied as follows, based on the number of days prior to the tour start date:

More than 30 days: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
15 to 30 days: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
7 to 14 days: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Holiday Planner Egypt

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, clients will be offered the choice of:

A full refund.
An alternative tour of equal value.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that any bank fees or currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the client.

4. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., change of dates or tour package), please contact us at least 15 days prior to the tour start date. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to arrive on the scheduled tour start date without prior notification, no refund will be provided.

6. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.
